Hanna Carlie’s Spotify Debut

Hanna Carlie Pak, Carlie’s granddaughter and namesake, arranged one of Carlie’s best compositions, The Dream Bird, for Carlie’s funeral in honor of her and her music. Hanna’s arrangement is a creative and unique perspective on the sweet lullaby written by Carlie in 2000 in honor of her grandchildren. She would sing it to them at bedtime when they were little. Hanna’s interpretation of the melody is now on Spotify! Click here to listen.

Carlie’s Music Theory Posters

Carlie taught piano and piano theory for over 30 years in Hereford and Amarillo. Along the way, she was frustrated that there were not more graphic-based posters to show kids the basics of music theory, chords, and history. So, like any pioneering young woman, she crafter her own!  The family found them in her office after her passing, and have scanned them here to share with anyone who is interested. Please contact us if you’d like them in a larger, printable format. Enjoy! Click here to download the PDF >
